Om Namaha: Remembering Veturi

The literary giant whose words were brought to life by the voices of SPB, Suseela and Janaki among others, passed on to a better world last week. My mother first broke the news to me and since then I have spent hours discussing Veturi's poems and his legacy with her. His are the songs of my childhood and youth.
