It is the same starcast and same movie-title in Hindi and Bengali - "Amanush" with Sharmila and Uttam Kumar. Does it come back to you?

The movie in Telugu was Edureeta.

The song in Hindi goes: "Tere gaalon ko chumoon jhumka banke"
